What is the Equine EL Certificate?
The Employers’ Liability (EL) insurance certificate is a legal requirement for any organisation that employs or engages volunteers. It confirms that the UK Polocrosse Association holds valid Employers’ Liability insurance, protecting employees and volunteers who may be injured or become ill as a result of their work or activities for the UKPA.
Employers are legally required to display or make available their EL certificate to employees and volunteers. If you are a UKPA employee, contractor, or volunteer and wish to view the certificate, you can download it using the button below.
